Papaya and Coconut Smoothie



This recipe came from Eat Good 4 Life. I was really excited to try this one because of the combination of flavors.  How can you go wrong with papaya and coconut??  Well, after sipping on this smoothie, I realized that you can't.  It was really yummy!  Thank you, Miryam!

Spiced Apple Pie Smoothie


This came from Averie Cooks.  Okay, I read the name of this smoothie and I was sold.  I love spiced apple pie so I thought it would be fun to try this one out.  It's amazing how this actually tasted like a slice of apple pie--but even better 'cause it had less calories!  Thanks so much, Averie!

Light-On-The-Greens-Smoothie

I found this on (never home)maker.  When I read the ingredients for this smoothie, I thought it sounded really interesting.  Walnuts, spinach, strawberries---hmmm.  It was fun to look at and fun to sip down!  Thank you, Ashley & Stephen!

Spinach Green Smoothie With Yogurt
  
This recipe came from Wishful Chef. I was excited to make this smoothie because of all the spinach it called for.  My smoothie doesn't look nearly as green as the one shown on Wishful Chef, but it was really good.  Thanks, Barbie!

Pina Colada Smoothie
  
This recipe came from Tracey's Culinary Adventures.  Do you like pina coladas?  I do!  I like them and I like the song (but that's another story).  My love for pina coladas led me to try this one.  It was sooo good!  Creamy and delicious!  Thanks a bunch, Tracey!

Raspberry Banana Smoothie

I decided to do a little experimenting to create a smoothie.  It's nothing fancy, but it turned out nicely! 
 
Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup ice 
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar (or honey)
Steps: 
  • Combine all of the ingredients in blender.  
  • Blend until smooth.  
  • Add more ice for a thicker smoothie or more milk for thinner consistency.
  • Enjoy!
