Over the past couple of weeks, I've been having eye issues that got worse but now, thank the Lord, they're getting better! I was beginning to lose a lot of vision in my right eye and then my left eye started acting funny. I went to the ophthalmologist and was told it may be autoimmune related. I'm still waiting to hear back on all the tests they ran, but I decided to kick my nutrition in to full on "beast mode" and focus on a plant-based diet...so not really "beast" mode haha. Actually, I'm dedicating 100 days to eating a plant-based diet! #100DaysofRevivingFitness.
For the past few days, I've been consuming plant-based meals--and so far so good! I've also started a new workout program called PiYo. Have you heard of it? It's a combination of pilates and yoga, and I'm loving it! It's pushing me to new limits of strength and flexibility. I'm not the most flexible person, so even the smallest push is huge for me.
