After feeling a bit frazzled the other day, I spent no less than 40 minutes that evening just writing random thoughts & ideas I've had over the past few days and it was AMAZING. I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of me and the cloudy haze jumbled in my brain went away. I wrote things down as they came to my brain and then categorized them to help me figure out how to develop my to-do list for this week or next year. Yeah, my thoughts were all.over.the.place.
